Order
Step-by-step plan for ordering in the webshop:

STEP 1: Click on 'add to cart' for the desired product.

STEP 2: It is possible to place multiple products in the shopping cart, once you have finished shopping, you can go to 'basket' at the top right of the screen. Do you want multiple quantities of 1 product? You can indicate the desired quantity in the shopping cart.

STEP 3: Check the product and quantity and click on 'go to checkout'.

STEP 4: If desired, a Toy Trend account can be created here, so that on a subsequent visit all details are already filled in for an order. Then click on 'register and continue'. Ordering without an account is also possible, then click on 'order without 'account'. If you already have an account, you can log in with My Account and click on 'log in and continue'.

STEP 5: Fill in the required details and check the overview. It is possible to have the shipment delivered at home or at work by PostNL, or to pick up the product. Make a selection from this and click on 'continue'.

STEP 6: Select from the possible payment method and click on the relevant bank. The system takes you to the digital payment module after which the payment can be made.

STEP 7: The order was successful.

Returns by post

If the item does not meet your expectations, you must return it to the following return address within 14 days of the delivery date:

· Report your return in advance by sending an email to: info@toytrend.nl. State your name and order number and the reason why you are returning.
· Pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
· Place this together with the completed return form in a box.
· Fill in the return address on the box.
· Return the package to a parcel carrier of your choice. The costs of the return shipment are for the account of the buyer.
· Please keep your proof of shipment, as you are responsible for your return.

The costs of a return shipment are for the account of the buyer. This also applies to returns from Belgium. After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the amount with which you initially paid for the transaction will be refunded to your account. A refund will only be made if we receive the article in the same condition as in which we sent it. Please note, if you return items that bring the order amount below €50, we will deduct the original shipping costs of €6.95 from the refund amount. However, if the article arrived broken, or you received the wrong article, please report this by sending an email to info@toytrend.nl and we will provide a free return label in that case.

It is not possible to exchange a product for another product using the return form.

2. Free returns in a Toy Trend store

It is also possible to drop off your return package in our Toy Trend store. This return method is free. Pack the item or items in the original packaging.

Toy Trend will receive your return package and sign your return form, a copy of which you will receive. They will then forward your package to the distribution center. Your money will not be paid out in cash in the Toy Trend stores. After receipt and inspection of the return shipment in the distribution center, the amount with which you initially paid for the transaction will be refunded to your account. A refund will only be made if we receive the article in the same condition as when we sent it.

It is not possible to exchange a product for another product using the return form.

Reflection period

With every purchase at a distance, a cooling-off period (or withdrawal period) applies. This gives you the opportunity to assess the product after purchase. The cooling-off period is a period of 14 days and starts on the delivery date of your product (so not immediately upon purchase). Within this period, it is possible to cancel the purchase without giving a reason. If you have ordered multiple products, the delivery date of the last product in your possession applies. With every return, however, we would like to hear the reason for cancelling the product in order to improve our service.

Money back

When cancelling/returning a purchase, you are entitled to a refund of what you return. If you return the entire order, you are entitled to the total amount of the order including the original shipping costs. If you return part of your order, you are entitled to the total amount of the items that you return. The shipping costs for returning your order are at the expense of the buyer.

Toy Trend will refund the purchase amount for returned purchases within 14 days after notification of your return. If you have not sent a message that you want to cancel the purchase, the moment we have received the purchase back applies.

You should take the following points into account:
– The product falls within the cooling-off period and is undamaged
– Returned products must always include a fully completed returns form
