Gameplay
In the game, players compete in decorating the walls of the royal palace of Evora. Each player has their own game board on which their wall is shown. On it you can also see the pattern lines that you have to collect before you can place the tiles on the board. In the middle of the table are the factory discs in which each factory has 4 tiles.
Azul is played in multiple rounds, with the game continuing until one player has filled a horizontal row on the game board with tiles. A round consists of three phases, in the first phase you collect the tiles needed for your pattern lines, then the laying of the tiles and the scoring follows, and the last phase consists of the preparation for the new round, where each factory is filled with tiles again.
For specific patterns and complete sets, you score extra points. But if you have wasted materials Then points are deducted. As soon as one player has completed a horizontal line of tiles, the game stops and the points are counted. The player with the most points wins the game Azul
