If you have ordered on a working day before 22:00, your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 days. When your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation and can track your order.
Please note: if you placed your order on Friday, it will be delivered on Tuesday.
Return
It is possible to exchange your purchase in the store, this is also possible in the Toy Trend store, within 30 days. When purchasing in the store, this is done as you are used to: you return to the store with your purchase and the original receipt, select a new item and exchange it at the checkout. The same applies to a Click & Collect order. Depending on your purchase amount and the price of the new item, you will receive money back or pay extra. Do you choose the same item? Then of course you do not have to pay anything extra.
