With Jumbo's Ik leer reken (I learn to count) children learn to count, add and subtract in a playful way. All sums have been carefully selected and correspond to the curriculum of a 4-year-old child. The special number system ensures that children can practice independently. Due to the colour and the special back of the blocks, they only fit in the right place.

Self-correcting system
At first, children will need some guidance in selecting the cards and understanding the assignments, but the block system will soon allow them to get started on their own. The number blocks are in order, with the symbol blocks last. For each number, there are blocks in different colours; the symbols only have one colour, purple. Each number block has a special back, which means it only fits in one place on the assignment cards. Because of the colour and the special back of the blocks, it only fits in the right place. This way, children know immediately whether they have the correct answer.
