When purchasing in the store, this is done as you are used to: you return to the store with your purchase and the original receipt, select a new item and exchange it at the checkout. The same applies to a Click & Collect order. Depending on your purchase amount and the price of the new item, you will receive money back or pay extra. Do you choose the same item? Then of course you do not have to pay anything extra.
