Delivery and collection options

In order to serve you as best as possible, we offer various options for delivering and collecting your order. We list them below. The following options apply:

– pick up yourself (in store)

When placing your order, please indicate that you would like to collect it from the store.
Please note: We will inform you as soon as the package is ready to be picked up. In this case, take your order confirmation or invoice with you to the store, so that you can prove that you are the owner of this order. You can also track this yourself using the track and trace that was sent with it. When this indicates that your package has been delivered, you can pick it up at the specified store.

– Have it delivered to any address you want in the Netherlands and Belgium. Also think of your work address or the campsite where you are staying at that moment.

Disclaimer: If an address or the camping location has been entered incorrectly by the buyer or if this is not the home address but an exceptional location, we cannot be held liable for any loss or misplacement of the shipment.

– Delivery to a PostNL collection point

There are various PostNL collection points throughout the Netherlands, so there is always one close to you. If you are not sure whether you will be home to receive a package, this is a perfect option so that you can collect the package at your time (note: within 1 week).

Delivery time

For all products in our webshop we state the number of days within which we will ship your order. This is usually stated as 'shipment within 1-2 working days'. In busy periods, in the off-season or due to busy times at PostNL we adjust this. So keep a close eye on our website. However, we can never give a 100% guarantee for this as this depends on the parcel services. For example, it could well be that the parcel services are busy around the holidays and this delays the delivery of your package.

We can guarantee that your order will leave our door within 1-2 business days. If an item is no longer in stock, you cannot place this item in your shopping cart.
The above information about the delivery time concerns deliveries within the Netherlands. Deliveries to Belgium will take a little longer. We communicate the shipping date from the Netherlands in our webshop.

Sometimes your shipment is sent in 2 or more different packages. This can be due to the large size or the fact that the entire shipment does not fit in 1 box. In this case, you will automatically receive 2 track and trace codes at your address. Please note that in the case of delivery or collection, both packages are also collected to prevent any confusion or separation of the shipment.
The shipping costs mentioned apply to shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.
